Machine Shop Facility
We have in house machine facility for fabrication of valve adaption hardware, stem nuts, couplings, valve extensions and other valve related hardware.
Shop Assembly
All automated valves and accessories are fully assembled, in our plant by our factory trained technicians. All actuator adjustable stops are set, then the entire assembly is calibrated, cycle tested, inspected, properly tagged and shipped ready for field installation. Each valve assembly is provided with an Acceptance Test Certificate, signed by the FlowQ technician responsible for final checkout.
Retrofit Existing Valves with New Actuators
We are available to survey existing valves, recommend new actuator replacements, supervise installation and provide turn-key installation of new actuators on existing "in service" valves.
Warehouse Facility
Warehouse facilities are available for the inventory of valve and actuator products or for the temporary storage of in process valve assemblies.
Inquiries and Order Entry
Our experienced application engineers review all incoming inquiries and specifications before proposing a solution to each application. Once an order has been entered, our administration and technical design group makes sure that all preliminary documentation is prepared. If required, drawings are submitted for approval prior to proceeding with the order.
Documentation
IOM manuals, drawings and product literature are prepared and supplied to the customer as hard copy prints, or on compact disc in the latest PDF, or Adobe Acrobat format, as required by the Customer.
Warranty
All products carry the Manufacturers Standard Limited Warranty for materials and workmanship, plus the FlowQ’s warranty for the complete valve and actuator assembly. FlowQ’s standard warranty period is one year from date of shipment.
